We adopt 'privacy by design'. This means that data protection issues are considered at the very start of engagement with a new Individual.
Fair Processing & Consent
Harbour Care Services Ltd provides individuals with certain information about the ways in which their personal data is being processed. The way that we provide that information is in a Fair Processing Notice together with a consent form.
We obtain appropriate consent from Individuals and information regarding the various ways in which Harbour Care Services Ltd uses their personal data. The Consent Form will contain advice and additional steps to take if the Individual lacks capacity.

Our Staff
We are aware that our staff will play a very important role in the customer's lives. To maximise this contribution, we:

Pay sufficient wages to ensure that our staff members are paid fairly and attract the best applicants for vacant posts
Provide at all times an appropriate number of staff with qualifications in Health and Social Care to ensure the contracts are being met
